Return Window
30 days from purchase date
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
What Can Be Returned
Returnable Items:
- Tops, hoodies, outerwear
- Accessories and jewelry
- Regular-priced items only
Non-Returnable Items:
- Lingerie, bodysuits, and intimate items
- Socks, mini skirts, shorts, fishnets, pasties
- Sale and discounted items
- Items damaged by normal wear
Geographic Restrictions
Returns Available: US and Canada only
International Orders: Sorry, returns are not available for international orders placed outside the US and Canada due to customs complexities.

Important: You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refunds & Processing
Restocking Fees:
- 5% fee for cancellations before shipping
- 10% fee for returns after shipping
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. For sizing issues, please process a return and place a new order to ensure you get exactly what you want.
