Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Express shipping $9.99 (1-2 business days in transit). Free on orders $150+.
  • United States: Standard shipping $8.99 (4-8 business days in transit). Free on orders $150+.
  • International (200+ countries): Tracked shipping $19.99 (6-10 business days in transit). Free on orders $250+.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: orders are processed in 2-3 business days.
  • Small-batch items: prepped to order and ship within 2 weeks. These are marked "SMALL BATCH" on the product page.
  • Pre-order items: ship in 2 to 3 weeks. These are marked "PRE-ORDER" on the product page.

If your order mixes in-stock items with small-batch or pre-order items, we hold it and ship everything together in one package once every item is ready.

Transit times start once your order has shipped. They are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping From

Every order ships from Toronto, Ontario, Canada via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator or UPS. Every piece is quality-checked before it ships, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For most countries, including the United States, import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives. In countries where duties or local taxes cannot be collected at checkout, your local customs office may charge them on delivery. Those charges are set by your country, are outside our control, and are the customer's responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Missing or Late Packages

Before contacting us, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email to confirm the address is correct.
  2. Follow your tracking number for the latest update.
  3. Check with your local post office and your neighbours, since packages are sometimes left with them.

With package theft on the rise, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be home, or to a secure pickup location.
